Our Work For You

We are committed to providing our best efforts when carrying out our clients’ instructions in full compliance with applicable laws and the code of practice. We ensure that all the work done by our lawyers meets the high standards of excellence and diligence we have set ourselves.

We are committed to informing our clients of all the legal options open to them, to proposing to them the actions best capable of safeguarding their interests, and to implementing, with the greatest possible diligence, the solution selected in conjunction with our clients.

We are committed to regularly informing our clients of the progress of the work they entrust to us.

We select without bias the judicial officers who act on behalf of our clients. Other specialists whose assistance is required (notaries, auditors, technical advisors, etc.) are only selected following consultation.

Once our work is complete, we store client records for five years.

 

Our fees are calculated either on a subscription basis agreed with clients (especially for recurring litigation) or at an hourly rate, or even using a combined calculation method that takes into account the importance of the case and the result obtained. In any case, clear information on the method we use to calculate our fees is given to the client in writing right from the start of their case.

In addition to our fees, any expenses incurred while performing the work entrusted to us will be charged to clients either as a percentage of the fees or else based on actual expenditure, such as the cost of initiating a case file, correspondence, typing, photocopying and travel expenses.

Disbursements (court fees, judicial officer, expert, translator etc.) will also be charged to clients at cost.

Funds requests or interim statements are sent to our clients on a regular basis. Our clients may request an interim statement at any time.
